In your workplace, have you ever been:

  • Faced with a difficult decision and felt isolated in that decision-making process, with nobody to advise you?
  • Influenced to change a decision, against your better judgement?
  • Placed in a situation where you felt discriminated against, manipulated, or felt your career development threatened by your peers?

If you have experienced any of these situations, you will know how serious they are, and that the outcome can have grave consequences.

This forum will provide you with insights on how to deal with these situations, how to lead your professional life, and how to manage your business relationships. You will benefit from the experience and insights of other participants, and clarify for yourself what values influence your decisions.
